All of our Smart + Secure Packages include 24-Hour Monitoring with keyholder response and our 12-month maintenance package as standard. You also have the option of adding Police response to the system (at additional cost). The package price also includes a 6-month remote health check and 12-month site service.

The monitoring and maintenance will automatically renew at the end of the term unless you choose to cancel to ensure that your system is always connected.

Our systems can be upgraded via the cloud so when new firmware upgrades are released they can be ‘pushed’ to the equipment without even visiting the property.

Sounds great - what’s the order process?

1. Select your package and order online or over the phone.

2. A system survey will be arranged with you at a convenient time to check that everything will go smoothly during the installation. We will ask about your property, who will be using the system and we will explain how it will work. It’s a great time to ask any questions or let us know about any additional items you may want to add.

I’m ready to order - What happens next?

2. One of our friendly team will be in touch to arrange a convenient installation date with you.

3. The system will be professionally installed and demonstrated to you fully on completion.

What if I need help after the installation has been completed?

Our friendly team will be on hand to offer assistance after the installation by phone, email or in person if required. If you choose to have your Intruder Alarm monitored you will have access to our 24-Hour call out service.

You will receive a 6-month System Health Check & 12-month Full System Service to make sure everything is working just as it should be.

I may want to add another detector - is this possible?

Of course - we can provide you with a wide range of options for additional rooms, garages/outhouses, wireless remote controls, smoke detectors, smart plugs and lots of other useful devices. Just let us know what you are thinking and we will advise.

I’m not sure which package to go for - can I upgrade to another package in the future?

If you select the entry level Smart + Secure package, for example, you can easily upgrade to a higher level package in the future. Equally, bear in mind that we are Smart Home Professional and are CEDIA registered so if you are interested in building a Smart Home we are fully equipped to help you along the way.

I’m thinking about doing a DIY job and having a go myself - anything to think about?

We are aware that the security and smart home technology markets are flooded with products and options, many of which can be installed with almost no technical expertise or experience. However, our Smart + Safe packages have been designed to offer complete peace of mind - you will have a team of highly qualified, trained professionals who have spent many years working in the industry and can provide invaluable expertise to ensure that your system will provide many years of comfort, security, reliability and enjoyment. We feel that your family and possessions are worth protecting and therefore having the right people look after them is essential. You will be able to rest assured that we look after you and your system before, during and after installation.

What happens after the 1st year completes?

All of our Smart + Safe packages include 24/7 monitoring and a 12-month maintenance package. Towards the end of the 1st year you will receive a renewal document which will provide the details relating to the renewal of your monitoring and maintenance. Bear in mind, unless you cancel your renewal in advance you will be automatically renewed for another year - this is to make sure you do not lose your alarm monitoring.

2. Pet friendly detectors do not guarantee pet immunity but are designed to reduce false alarms caused by small pets.

3. Device locations to be discussed at time of installation.

4. 24-Hour Monitoring includes keyholder (of your choice) response. Police response can be arranged on request at additional cost.

5. 3-months prior notice required to cancel renewal at end of the first year. Subject to our Standard Terms and Conditions and Smart Package Terms & Conditions.

6. An internet connection and suitable wifi signal is required in the property. If the signal/quality is not good enough a solution will be suggested.

7. A suitable 13A power socket or spur is required at the central panel location.

8. Call outs and support outside of the maintenance agreement are charged at the standard labour rates.

9. The maintenance agreement covers support on the Intruder Alarm system with limited support on smart devices (Echo, Ring). The smart devices are subject to their own product guidelines, terms and conditions.

10. It is the client’s responsibility to recharge the batteries on the system. Wireless Intruder Alarm batteries will be replaced by Epic Integration at extra cost.

11. Bell box covers for external sirens come in a few colours and may vary from the photos. Please advise if you require a specific colour.
